Bio
Robyn Rogin is a seasoned banking and nonprofit executive with over 20 years of experience in investing, credit risk, and leadership. At Wells Fargo, she led the bank’s $100 billion Credit Investment Portfolio and previously served as the portfolio’s Chief Credit Officer, steering risk strategy through the Great Recession.
Transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Robyn later led impact investing initiatives at Pacific Community Ventures (PCV), developing loan funds and driving strategic partnerships.
Inspired by insights from nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs seeking deeper financial and operational expertise, Robyn launched R² Consulting Partners in 2024 to provide fractional COO / CFO executive services and project-based consulting to social ventures.
An advocate for economic justice, Robyn serves on the Boards of OneGoal California and Financial Women of San Francisco, advises founders through Astia and the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, and sits on Beneficial State Foundation’s Equitable Bank Standards Council.
In her free time, Robyn loves cheering her two kids on at their games, playing tennis, taking dance classes and traveling.
